All the staff at Hook Norton Veterinary Group work hard to support our clients and the pets, horses and livestock in our care. Sadly, they are increasingly experiencing rudeness and abuse when they are simply trying to do their job.
They treat every client with courtesy and respect and will always ensure they support each patient as best as they can in what can be extremely stressful situations. We appreciate that an unexpected vet visit with an ill animal can be difficult, but we ask that you be patient and, importantly, be kind.
We have a zero-tolerance attitude towards threatening, abusive or violent behaviour. Should any visitor act disrespectfully, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises and stop treating their animal(s).
