Video consultations are full consultations with the Veterinary Team you know from previous visits to the practice. Speak face-to-face with a HNVG Vet on your phone.We are passionate about the welfare of all animals and want to ensure that our clients have access to expert advice whenever and wherever they need it. Face-to-face calls with a qualified HNVG Vet will allow you to ask questions and share concerns from the comfort of your home.

This service is available during daytime consultation hours (8 am – 5.45 pm); bookings can be made via our Reception Team at any HNVG location.

Video consultations are not to be used in life-threatening situations, and we may recommend a face-to-face appointment instead of a video consultation, or your vet may request to see your pet in person after your video consultation.

Video Consultation T&Cs

1. The video consultation fee must be paid before the video consultation. If payment has not been received, your video consultation will be cancelled.
2. Anything outside of the video consultation fee (for example, medication) will be payable at the normal rate after your consultation.
3. Video consultations are only accessible via PetsApp, which is free for you to download and use on both Apple and Android devices and can be accessed via an internet browser.
4. Video consultations are not to be used in life-threatening situations. Please call us as soon as possible by phone if your pet is in a life-threatening condition.
