Following the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II and the announcement of the State Funeral on Monday, 19th September, as a mark of respect, Hook Norton Veterinary Group will be closing all practice sites for routine appointments.
Emergency appointments will be available at our Hook Norton Hospital from 8.15 am – 12.30 pm on 19th September. This applies to all departments; pet, equine and farm. If you require an emergency appointment and call one of our branch sites, the call will automatically be diverted to our Hook Norton Hospital. After this time, the answer phone service will answer all incoming calls, which will then be directed to the relevant on-call pet, equine or farm vet.
Our Reception Team will contact any clients with appointments booked on 19th September; if you are yet to be contacted or would like more information, don’t hesitate to contact us; we are here to help.
We re-open as normal on Tuesday 20th September.
