We are delighted to announce that from the 1st of November 2021, we will be re-opening our doors to all new small animal client registrations.
If you would like to register, you can do so by either:
>> registering online at www.hooknortonvets.co.uk, or
>> phoning any of the HNVG surgeries and speaking to our Small Animal Reception Team, or
>> via online sign-up to our gold-standard preventative healthcare plan, the Lifetime Care Club
For new clients attending any of our surgeries, please observe our COVID safety measures:
>> anyone entering the building wears a face mask (unless exempt) and maintains social distancing where possible
>> please use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the practice
>> wait in your car and only enter the building a maximum of 5 minutes before your consultation
>> we are permitting 1 person per pet to enter the surgery, unless at the discretion of the vet
We have worked hard to keep our staff and clients safe since the start of the pandemic and will continue to do so for as long as necessary. To continue providing 24/7 care for our patients, we need to minimise the risk of an outbreak as any illness will compromise our services, therefore our team members will continue wearing face masks (and ppe where necessary).
