We have continued to welcome a large number of new Small Animal clients into the HNVG family, and we couldn’t be more pleased to have you – welcome!
We take great pride in the gold-standard level of veterinary care we give to all of our patients and will continue to be here for you and your pets when they need us most.
After a recent analysis of the Small Animal patient numbers we are treating on average each week, as well as the continued increase in new client registrations, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our books to new client registrations for animals older than 1 year, with immediate effect.
>> If you are not currently registered with HNVG and would like to be added to the waiting list, please email enquiries@hooknortonvets.co.uk.
>> If you are a current client and have a new pet to register (now or in the future), rest assured, we will provide veterinary care for all of your animals, old and new.
>> This does not affect our Equine or Farm Animal departments.
We will review this decision regularly and hope that we can re-open our books as soon as possible.
