Alice Elgar

Alice joined us in February 2026 from an equine practice in the New Forest, having graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021.  She enjoys all aspects of ambulatory equine work, and has a particular interest in emergency work especially a good wound!  Alice will also be joining our stud team, and is looking forward to starting some racecourse work towards the end of this year.

Having grown up doing all Pony Club activities as well as hunting and riding racehorses, Alice still rides as often as she can get back home to hunt or event her ex-racehorse.  Alongside this, she can be found playing rugby in the winter and on the side of a polo pitch at Kirtlington in the summer.
