Toby is originally from Northern Ireland, where he grew up immersed in the worlds of eventing and showjumping. After graduating from Nottingham University, he initially worked in mixed practice, but he soon discovered a stronger passion for being outdoors and working directly with horses.
Toby gained experience in equine practice both in Yorkshire and Northern Ireland before making the move to Oxfordshire. He thrives on the diversity that equine work offers, especially in the areas of reproduction and lameness, while also appreciating the variety that comes with ambulatory work.
Away from his professional life, Toby has come out of retirement to play rugby again and occasionally tries his hand at DIY, albeit with mixed results!
