Please Allow plenty of time to get to your vet appointment

Our vet practice is very busy, so to help us give you the best appointment experience – please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Arriving 5 minutes early will give our Reception Team a chance to weigh your pet and check your pet and contact details are up to date.

Late arrivals have a knock-on effect on the Small Animal Team, meaning the vet may have less time to meet with you and your pet – or the appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day.

Don’t be afraid to call us if you are running late or cannot make the appointment; our Reception Team will find you the next available slot in the diary.
