We are happy to announce that as of Monday the 11th of October, we will be welcoming clients back into our Small Animal waiting rooms. We have adjusted our waiting room layouts to enable to you sit distanced from other clients and would ask that anyone entering the building observes the following measures:
>> Please wait in your vehicle and only enter the building a maximum of 5 minutes before your consultation time
>> A maximum number of clients will be allowed in the waiting rooms at any one time, so if you are asked to wait outside, please respect this decision
>> All clients are required to wear a face mask (unless exempt) and maintain social distancing where possible
>> Please use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the practice
>> Only 1 person per pet is permitted to enter the practice, unless at the vet’s discretion
To continue providing 24/7 care for our patients, we need to minimise the covid risk among our staff. Any illness will compromise our ability to provide this essential service; therefore, our team members will continue wearing face masks (and PPE where necessary).
We are experiencing a lot of disruption caused by late or missed appointments, so respectfully ask that if you are running late or unable to attend, you call our reception team as soon as possible.
