We have had excellent uptake on our TB advisory visits on-farm and are consequently continuing to offer free TB Advisory Visits to all clients with Charlotte, Imogen, Juliet, Chloe & Amy. TB remains a prevalent and difficult issue, so we must reduce the risk of infection and transmission as much as possible.
You have two visits, six months apart, and they allow us to offer a bespoke approach to TB on your farm. We approach TB like every other disease, highlighting risk levels and areas for improvement so we can discuss solutions for the future.
We are able to share the latest data and give insight into possible vaccination & testing. The first visit is two hours long, with a walk around the farm/fields, ending with four main points for improvement. The second visit is six months later to discuss progress and top up on any areas missed, as there will inevitably be more questions!
If you fall into the TB Deddington Cluster area, additional funding may also be available.
